Professional sports college students as a group of college students, a special group, and it has the characteristics of The Times and professional, and at the same time of have a strong body to have high diathesis, the society has always been regarded as the most active one of the most healthy group. Professional sports college students as one of groups of college students, they also have a learning autonomy and strong self-discipline ability, at the same time also has a certain degree of laziness, and has the plenty of spare time. After nervous and substantial high school students enter the university after a longer-term goal is no system set up or determined, so that it is often at a crossroads wandering, this makes university students to study, the life become lazy about university campus life lost interest at the same time, in a meaningless, worthless, no objective way. With the passage of time, such a situation can make the psychological problems of college students, affect their learning, life, human relations, even affect social stability. Professional sports college students as a result, the management of the leisure time should be a cause of the school attaches great importance and wide public concern. Current research is more about time management and well-being, research on college students’time management disposition and subjective well-being is relatively small, at the same time professional sports college students’this special group for research on this aspect even more lack, therefore it is necessary to conduct extensive and in-depth research.Happiness consists of two dimensions make feelings and life cognition, emotion refers to the psychological performance, such as the joys and sorrows of the people is the subject of object whether meet your needs and the attitude and experience. Emotion is usually divided into both positive and negative emotions. Positive emotion is usually a psychological experience full of positive emotions, included in the set of standard, the individual experience when facing the complicated and changeable environment relaxed, happy, proud, the spirit of positive emotion; However, on the contrary, negative emotions and also in the set under the standard of the individual facing the complicated and changeable environment produced by the various psychological experience of negative emotion, usually show is irritable, depression, depressed, nervous, distress, depression and disgust of undesirable mood. To achieve balance between the condition is known as emotional balance.Between high and low time managers and subjective well-being of related study, high time managers have more access to the positive positive emotions, whereas low time managers negative negative emotions more, so both have gap on subjective well-being experience, experience the happiness of time managers can get more more high, at the same time also can reflect individual life quality and learning quality. Through this study to understand professional sports college students time management present situation, the professional sports college students’time management disposition and explore the correlation between subjective well-being, and to make it in study and life in a more reasonable time arrangement and management, in order to get more happiness experience, to promote quality of life and learning, for the sports colleges and universities provide data support for students’ time management scheme.This research adopts the pencil-and-paper method, select "general well-being scale","the time management disposition scale","emotional balance scale", to survey700college PE colleges and universities in henan province, using SPSS17.0statistical software for data analysis. Results and conclusion are as follows:(1)Professional sports college students there is no gender differences in time management disposition;(2) professional sports college students in time management disposition has the significant difference of different grades;(3) on professional sports college students time management disposition has no significant difference, but in time management behavior and time distribution dimensions exist significant difference;(4) Professional sports college students time management dispositionthe students do not exist significant difference on the ground, but significant difference exists in the plan dimensions; (5) the boys slightly higher than the girls on the total score of subjective well-being, there is no significant difference between statistical tests;(6) sports the subjective well-being of college students on the ground, professional, grade and students there are significant differences;(7)Professional sports college students’time management disposition, the positive correlation between subjective well-being and positive emotions, negative emotions and negatively correlated with subjective well-being;(8) high professional sports college students time management tendency and low time management tendency exists significant differences on subjective well-being, the result shows that high time management tendency is in the experience of the subjective well-being is far higher than low time management tendency.
