With the coming of the knowledge economy era and the implementation of the new curriculum reform about elementary education, the state raise higher and more diversified demands on the quality and specifications of talent. In response to the country’s urgent needs for high-quality, applied and professional talent, the Ministry of Education decided to have the full-time cultivation for the master degree of education in2009and recruit fresh graduates, devoting to promoting the change of master graduate student structure from cultivating academic talents to professional ones. The curriculum of full-time education master degree has changes compared with master of pedagogy and master of education in the aspects of curriculum objectives, curriculum content, curriculum structure and curriculum implementation.However, there are a little amount of researches in this area at present, and a certain amount of vacancies are both exist in theory and practice. As a core area in personnel training, curriculum plays a vital role in the quality of personnel training, so this paper is going to explore the problem in full-time master of education degree from the perspective of curriculum.The full text is divided into the following five parts:The first part, introduction. Overview of the major topics on the research origins, significance, basic correlation concept, summary, and the research train of thought and method.The second part, overview of full-time master degree of education development. This section illustrates the social background and professional characteristics of full-time master degree of education, and the characteristics of the graduate students.The third part, the investigation and analysis of full-time master degree of education curriculum. This part firstly showed the results of questionnaire survey, and on the basis of data analysis, specifically elaborated the main problems of the curriculum content, curriculum structure, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.The fourth part, the theoretical and realistic basis of full-time master degree of education curriculum. On the one hand, it provided the theoretical support from the perspective of philosophy, pedagogy and sociology, on the other hand it provided a realistic basis from the perspective of elementary education reform and social development needs.The fifth part, the improvement strategy of full-time master degree of education curriculum. This part included the characteristics, principle and concrete improvement strategy of the curriculum. It mainly put forward the concrete improvement strategy from the following aspects such as the curriculum content, curriculum structure, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation.
