| Generally speaking, the experience is an significant activity that means human individuals or groups cause emotion by experiencing external objects and internal psychology in person, and obtaining cognition and emotion and so on by these activities. Experience, emotion, silence, individual and creation and so on is the feature of experience, and the experience can be divided into different types according to different dimension. In addition to the feature of general experience, the experience of primary school students has its own unique characteristics: randomization, emotionality, novelty, infantility, upgrowth, and so on.It is not only the starting point and the purpose for primary education,but also the process and the result for primary education.At the same time it plays an important valuable role on life, study and growth of primary school students.Experience of primary school students in educating and teaching has been studied by natural observation, informal interview, analyzing works and so on. It is showed that experience of primary school students is rich and wonderful,for example: free experience,active experience and amusive experience fully is at hand in extracurricular activity;enthusiasm of experience is high and so on, but problems are still existing: the purpose of experience is adult and utilitarian; the process of experience is compressed and formal; the result and method of experience is convergent and consistent; the condition of experience is of limited and restricted; the result of experience is not effective and active.Based on existing problems of experience of primary school students, five measures is proposed to improve the experience of primary school as follows: Firstly, fully understanding teaching value of experience in education, strengthening related theory research of experience of primary school students; Secondly, renewing education thought and conception that is not good for primary school students to form and develop experience; Thirdly, trying every possible means to make use of and explore the experience elements in teaching materials and in teaching and improve teaching methods; Fourthly, reforming educational systems and activating primary school students to experience freely; Fifthly, encouraging and guiding primary school students to experience living and understand life. |
