At present, these is too much current academic study about mental health education, but theexploring approaches combined with the current model of college entrance examination are ofno accurate statement. This paper pays more attention to combination with the textbook,based on the high school Chinses textbook selection table of contents, And based on the caseof high school students emotional problems occurring frequently, in order to pursue thebalance of knowledge and emotion in the existing education system, knowledge and methods.To find the best fit point of psychological education and knowledge education in the pursuit ofhigh scores, efficient teaching in senior middle school, I emphasize the guiding significanceof the teaching practice.The whole text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including thepurpose and significance of the research topic, the research status of this subject, and varioustheories.
