At present, these is too much current academic study about mental health education, but theexploring approaches combined with the current model of college entrance examination are ofno accurate statement. This paper pays more attention to combination with the textbook,based on the high school Chinses textbook selection table of contents, And based on the caseof high school students emotional problems occurring frequently, in order to pursue thebalance of knowledge and emotion in the existing education system, knowledge and methods.To find the best fit point of psychological education and knowledge education in the pursuit ofhigh scores, efficient teaching in senior middle school, I emphasize the guiding significanceof the teaching practice.The whole text is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including thepurpose and significance of the research topic, the research status of this subject, and varioustheories. This part lays the foundation for the further research.The first chapter of the paper, fone of the preludes ocuses on high school student ’s presentemotional development situation, emotional problems and necessity of affective education,and demonstrates the feasibility and advantage of affective education in Chinese teaching inclass.In the second chapter, the emotional of high school Chinese textbook from, the training ofthinking in class and learning methods are discussed three modules in all, the cultivation ofhigh school students rich emotional health, improving their moral cultivation and ability, andenhancing their sense of national mission, a sense of social responsibility and the spirit ofinnovation.The third chapter further explores the outside of the classroom teaching resources, tryingto create a warm environment for the healthy growth of students.The first three chapters are aimed at the students while the fourth chapter is on theperspective of Chinese teachers self-reflection, exploring their own potential, developing theeducation teachers of a high-quality mental health in order to better satisfy.
