After the new curriculum reform, the study of high school physical geography teachingtheory increasingly accomplished, but relatively few systematic and theoretical research oneffective teaching. On the basis of the author hands and watch the first-line teaching, I foundthat there are still a lot of problems in the teaching, mainly in order to improve the degree ofimplementation of the effective teaching depth classroom-depth approach to study theexisting problems in the teaching of high school physical geography, the proposed solutionto the problem and strategies, and has laid a good foundation for the further implementationof the new concept of effective teaching, and for the corresponding problem.This paper is divided into seven parts:The first part describes the background and significance of effective teaching, as well asthe study of the course of the study and this research method.Second part of learning, access to effective teaching theory, under the guidance of thetheory, and study the conditions of our country at this stage with the implementation ofeffective teaching, not only in the new courses in theory have, and also the specificconditions in the literacy of teachers.The third part of the in-depth analysis of the theory, the analysis focused on high schoolgeography knowledge classification high school physical geography perceptual knowledgeand high school physical geography rational knowledge has a deep understanding.The fourth part of the status quo research stage. Through the personal experience of theauthor ’s teaching and teaching in person, many of the open class and demonstration classesfragment analysis, analysis of the main problems in the teaching of high school physicalgeography.The fifth part of effective teaching methods and strategies. The main problems in thethird stage of the high school physical geography teaching, appropriate teaching methods andstrategies for effective teaching, and finally concluded. Part VI combined teaching practice, common weather systems, for example a teachingdesign, classroom teaching, and achieved good results in order to confirm the validity of thepreviously mentioned strategies.Part VII Conclusion. This section describes the results of this research and the mainproblems and proposed this topic for further research recommendations.
