As countries around the world will education as an important weapon promoted thedevelopment of the society, teachers education reform is the vital importance of factors pointof view is more and more aroused people’s widespread approval, teachers’ professionaldevelopment became a major issue about education objectives. At present, the reform anddevelopment of secondary vocational education in our country, has made great achievements,to vigorously develop secondary vocational education, is now and even after a long period ofimportant strategic task of the reform and development of education enterprise in our country,but the secondary vocational school teachers’ professional development is relatively slow,they are very don’t match. This paper combines the yantai city zhifu district secondaryvocational school teachers’ professional development present situation, using the literaturemethod, comparison research method, questionnaire and interview method, reveal thesecondary vocational school teachers’ professional development, some real problems inanalysis of various influential factors of secondary vocational school teachers’ professionaldevelopment, to promote the secondary vocational school teachers’ professional developmentput forward rational Suggestions.With the author’s own actual work situation, embarks from the reality needs to find andask questions. This part mainly introducesthe two concept of secondary vocational education, teachers’ professional development,through the interpretation of the basic concept, then to the professional development ofsecondary vocational school teachers observation and interpretation.The third chapter focuses on teachers’ professional development and analysis of thestatus of the investigation, through to the zhifu district secondary vocational school teachersin the professional development of the questionnaire, analyzing the basic situation ofsecondary vocational school teachers, teachers in the education work in the state, teachertraining, professional development, teacher professional development from several aspects,such as the expectations of the summary of the problems existing in the secondary vocational school teachers’ professional development. From social, school, individual three aspectsanalysis of secondary vocational school teachers’ professional development. The social factorsinfluencing the teachers’ professional development is mainly discusses the social status, andpolicy factors.
