The twenty-first Century is the century of ecology.The development ofecology has slowly penetrated into all fields of social life. Apply the ecology principleto the field of education, research the education phenomenon, provides a newperspective for educational reform. Since2005, the senior high schools in JiangsuProvince, have fully implemented the curriculum reform, to match it, the2008college entrance examination scheme of Jiangsu Province take IT in the academicproficiency test. The new curriculum reform brings hitherto unknown opportunitiesand challenges to IT subject. The new curriculum standard embodies inhuman-oriented and development-oriented. It also incarnates characteristics likeintegrity, openness, diversity, development, showing the ecological orientation.Ecology theory provides a new perspective and theoretical basis for the study of thesenior high schools’ IT class. By using the principles and methods of ecology, thispaper analyses the existence of non-ecological phenomenon at present senior highschools’ IT classroom from the practice of high school IT classroom teaching, putforward the strategy of ecological information technology classroom.In addition to the "Introduction","thank you" and "reference", this paper isdivided into three parts.The first part explains the theory of ecological classroom of high schoolinformation technology, expounds the connotation and theoretical basis of ecologicalclassroom of high school information technology.The second part, elaborates the non-ecological phenomenon in high schoolinformation technology classroom. Using the principles of ecology to analyses thenon ecological phenomenon in high school information technology class and thereasons from the aspects of classroom environment, teacher-student relationship,teaching objectives, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching evaluation.The third part, discusses the construction strategy of ecological classroomof high school information technology: create a healthy classroom environment;establish good relationship between teachers and students; study materials, reconstruction of teaching content; optimize teaching methods, to achieve thestudent-oriented classroom; ecological evaluation, pay attention to students’sustainable development.
