With higher education from elite education to mass education transformation process progresses, various types of vocational colleges continuous enrollment, the rapid expansion of the scale of education, but enrollment also brings a more serious challenge-employment. Body of vocational college graduates on the bottom of higher education,which even better facing the pressure and challenges.The goal of Higher Vocational Colleges is trying to meet the needs of culture, social enterprise needs talent,which is the backbone of the output of skilled talents to the society.However, with the intensification of global competition, many employers become more demanding of talent, social and other needs of a considerable part of vocational graduates employability and business of the employer is not proportional to the degree of matching, then in the labor market such the paradox:many deep vocational college graduates employment difficulties whirlpool, the employer but often the result is not ideal talent recruitment and job vacancies. Faced with such predicament, graduates in the job search all show embarrassment.The emergence of this phenomenon, in addition to the quality of education in higher vocational colleges, unit of choose and employ persons employment mechanism, the social employment environment and government employment policy and other reasons, the most fundamental reason is lack of higher vocational graduates employment ability. Based on the survey in Shaanxi Province of several different properties of higher vocational college graduates and Unit of choose and employ persons of recruiters in different industries,We know that the current situation of Shaanxi Province higher vocational college graduates employment ability,Through data statistics to concrete analysis of the current problem and factors in higher vocational graduate employment ability.In addition, it makes students at school understand will likely problems to face and lack of ability in the job search process,so that the students targeted to exercise more improve oneself.Not only improving the quality of employment, getting a smoothly and satisfaction job.In this paper, the research method mainly adopts literature research, questionnaire and interview method. On this basis, the comprehensive analysis of the connotation of higher vocational college graduates employment ability, put forward to the employment ability definition,thinking graduate employment ability not only is pointed for work ability in a narrow sense, also including the continuous work, achieving good career ability. According to the connotation of this paper to define employment ability for self management ability, learning ability, interpersonal skills ability, practical organizationl ability, self adaptation ability, teamwork ability, creative ability, career planning ability,A total of eight levels.Compiled the "Shaanxi Province higher vocational college graduates employment status questionnaire" including graduates questionnaire and employ persons the questionnaire.Interview and survey 757 graduates of 4 higher vocational colleges and 75 unit of choose and employ persons,Using SPSS20.0 statistical software for higher vocational graduates volume and unit of choose and employ persons to analysis respectively based on achieved data information.Through studying higher vocational graduates for their situation cognitive of employ ability and the higher vocational graduates employment ability from employ persons, putting forward evaluation comparing calculated and getting the difference,And founding some problems in higher vocational graduates in employment ability,for example:The capacity of Higher vocational graduates does not accord with some post requirements from unit of choose and employ persons;Higher vocational colleges graduates professional theory is not solid, lack of professional skills; Graduates in higher vocational colleges to strengthen interpersonal skills and team cooperation ability; Career planning consciousness positioning is not clear; Innovation ability is insufficient, lack of pioneering consciousness.To solve above problems,From three main subjects concluding higher vocational graduates and higher vocational colleges, unit of choose and employ persons to analysis reasons and puts forward concrete countermeasures to ascend.This paper argues that improving the capacity of higher vocational college graduates employment need multiple subject to cooperate together,First of all, higher vocational colleges as a direct cultivation of higher vocational graduates, should according to different majors and courses related to the market demand, building and perfecting the employment practice system. Secondly, companies such as standard unit of choose and employ persons should be clear the talented person demand, timely communication with colleges and universities. Finally, the higher vocational colleges graduates should be strengthened to the consciousness of employment ability training itself, completes the individual planning, to improve their own quality and competitiveness.
