The psychological level of elasticity is an important indicator of measuring juniorstudents’ mental health, which is also an important aspect of junior students adapting tothe environment. Psychological elastic training plays a vital role for junior students’mental health education. In spite of so much achievement in this field, the researchspecifically aimed at junior high school is fairly few. Therefore, to get the presentsituation of junior students’ psychological elasticity, to examine the self-efficacy andself-esteem influence on psychological elasticity, we used self-made questionnaire totest the junior students’ psychological elasticity level. On the basis of the design, weheld the experimental study of psychological counseling; on the purpose of improvingjunior students’ psychological level of elasticity, the editor finally got the followingconclusion:(1) This questionnaire includes seven dimensions, consisting of the support offamily, friend and teacher, positive perceiving, problem solving, confident andoptimistic. Through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis foundthat:The reliability and validity of the questionnaire are fabulous. The concept model isgood. The questionnaire is a reliable tool of testing the junior students’ psychologicalelasticity level.(2) The junior students’ psychological elasticity level lies in the upper level. Butgirls on friends support dimension is significantly higher than boys, Self-confidencedimension at the opposite; Almost each dimension of junior students’ psychologicalelasticity in completed family structure (except the support dimension of friends andteachers) and the scores on the table, which is significantly higher than those who livein divorced family; The main effect of the town got a significant level in eachdimension of junior students’ psychological elasticity and quantity sheet and the maineffect of grade also got a significant level except the support of family and positiveperceiving. (3) Self-efficacy, self-esteem, psychological dimensions of elasticity and quantitysheet show a very significant positive correlation. Self-efficacy and self-esteem have agood prediction for psychological elasticity.(4) The psychological elasticity of group counseling has an immediate andlong-term effect in this study, which is an effective way to improve the psychologicalelasticity of junior students.
