Teenagers are the hope of the future of the motherland. Along with the continuously focus on quality education in our country, people started to take the cultivation of the children more advisably, score is no longer as the only standard, a perfect personality and healthy psychology are more important to the development of children in the future. Adolescence is the critical period self consciousness, identification of the self value and negative, self of the same and separation, which they often live in troubled mind world.Junior high school students are in the age to cultivate talents, gradually began to face the fierce competition environment, and we grew up under the conditional attention and strict discipline. They gradually formed the perfectionist tendencies, while growing up in the atmosphere of a critical and demanding. They should be very outstanding and be superior to others all aspects, thus they feel not good enough of themselves while appearing a little bad performance, even bad, more and more of them can’t accept the real themselves. In the end,they would be a kind of unhealthy psychology that can’t accept them. Therefore, we should improve the junior high school students in the level of self-acceptance and mental flexibility,master their development present situation and characteristics, give guidance and corrected in time. These would enhance their mental health.The study is divided into two parts: the first is a junior high school student’s self-acceptance and psychological flexibility research and explore the relationship between the two; the second part is an intervention of self-acceptance. Conclusions are summarized as follows:Self–acceptance research:(1) junior high school students is impacted by whether from the countryside, father’s work state, parental education level and family income in self–acceptance;(2) self-acceptance of junior high school students has no significant differences in gender,whether the only child and mother’s work state.Psychological flexibility research:(1) Junior high school students is impacted by whether from the countryside and parental education level in psychological flexibility;(2) psychological flexible of junior high school students has no significant differences in gender, whether the only child, parental work state and family income.The research of relationship between them: There is extremely significant positive correlation between various factors of self–acceptance and psychological flexibility.Group intervention: Through group intervention, the level of self-acceptance and psychological flexibility were significantly increased. It indicates that group intervention couldimprove the level of self-acceptance and psychological flexibility among junior high school students.
