| With the improvement of living standards,people’s awareness of sports and health has increased,more and more people are actively exercising.As the reserve talents of the country,young people have always attracted social attention.Facing the problems of college students’ physical and mental health that are constantly emerging today,this paper discusses the overall characteristics of college students’ physical exercise,mental state operational flexibility and coping style,demographic differences and correlations,as well as the harm to the promotion of college students’ health.Trends are important.This research takes the relationship between physical exercise,psychological resilience and coping style of college students as the research object,and takes some ordinary undergraduate college students in Fujian Province as the survey object.Analysis method,content analysis method and other research methods,construct a theoretical model among college students’ physical exercise,psychological resilience and positive coping style.Excel 2013 was used to input,organize and analyze the survey data;SPSS23.0 was selected to test the reliability of the evaluation scale and questionnaire for this scientific research,common methods error detection,and to carry out correlation and multiple regression analysis on the independent variables of this scientific research;finally,Hayes et al.The process plugin developed by scholars to test the mediation model of this study shows that:(1)The overall physical exercise,mental toughness and calm coping method of college students are higher than the average rating scale,and the calm coping method is slightly higher than the depression coping style.(2)There are significant differences between males and females and classes in physical exercise,mental toughness and calm coping methods of college students(p<0.01),but there is no statistical difference between genders and classes in depression coping styles(p>0.05).).Psychological resilience,proactive and depressed coping styles were not statistically significant at the level of being an only child or not(p>0.05).(3)Physical exercise was positively associated with mental flexibility(R = 0.608,P < 0.01).There was a significant positive association between physical exercise and active confrontation style(R = 0.347,P < 0.01),and a significant negative association between physical exercise and active confrontation style(R =-0.181,P > 0.05).There was a significant positive correlation between resilience and positive coping style(r =0.289,P < 0.01),and a significant negative relationship between resilience and positive coping style(R =-0.176,P > 0.05).(4)The results of the mediation model test showed that psychological resilience played the role of a partial mediator in the effect of physical exercises on the coping style of college students,and the mediator effect represented 22% of the total effect.Suggestions :(1)colleges and universities can carry out more lectures on "physical education and health knowledge education",and further play the role of physical exercise;(2)College physical education workers should guide students to exercise scientifically,promote the socialization of students and form the habit of positive response.(3)College physical education should pay attention to the level of mental resilience of college students,carry out various forms of sports activities,and promote college students to better and faster adapt to college life.(4)College physical education workers should integrate frustration education into physical education teaching. |
