Social justice is a basic value orientation of modern society, the development ofpolicies and the basic system to safeguard members of society, the basic starting point ofthe reasonable interests of social groups. It can be said that equality of access toeducational resources is a basic manifestation of the children of migrant workers toachieve educational equity, but also social justice is a concrete manifestation of the basicvalue orientation.This paper base on whether it is for the accompanying children of the rural workersto accept a high school education, select the migrant workers the largest city of Shenzhenas research subjects, the Futian District and the Bao’an District, each of this two districtchoice four high school,after the comparative study we found that:(1) children ofmigrant workers enjoy unfair high school educational opportunities, mainly show as thehigh entrance requirements (need to pay for temporary schooling fee and do someaccreditation);(2) children of migrant workers in the educational processin an unequalposition in terms of objective factors, mainly set up for the school curriculum incomplete,educational facilities with incomplete and full of class places and weakness of teachers;(3) children of migrant workers in the educational process is basically equal treatment ofteachers, but not able to participate in the university entrance exam. By analyzing thegeneration of the high school stage of education of children of migrant workers fairness isthe result of joint action by a number of factors: social factors, such as: urban-rural splitthe household registration system, non-balanced economic development status,educational resources and miscarriages; family factors, such as: low education level of themigrant workers, low occupational status, low family income and the lack of organizationcapital, reinforced the unfair status of their children in education.This article analysis the reason of education unfairness of the accompanying childrenof the rural workers, and then put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.
