In recent years, with the development of technology park of university in China, university science and technology park of practice and theory research in China has been subject to the many scholars’ attention, the domestic scholars in foreign scholars on the basis of study, from different points of view in the related research. University science and technology park is through the various universities’ education resources as the basis, the integration of various universities’ scientific research personnel, information and experimental equipment, material books, and other comprehensive intelligence advantage and other social resources, for each enterprise scientific research achievements in hatch provides the omni-directional service. After20years of development, the university science and technology park in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, hatching high-tech enterprises, the talent of education high quality has made remarkable results, and has accumulated a very precious experience, for national economy, science and technology development to make positive contribution, become the national innovation system and the higher education system in the important component. Talent is the cornerstone of university science and technology park construction, how to construct university science and technology park talent team, for science and technology park of orientation and development is of great significance.
