The Development Research Of County Economy In Anhui Province

County economy plays an important role of connecting link between cityeconomy and rural economy. The research of county economy helps to master thegeneral characteristics of China’s economic development, and to understand the threerural issues. Many scholars have gradually realized the special position andimportance of county economy in the process of studying the regional economy, inrecent years. The study of county economy is also gradually getting attention from thegovernment.The report of16thnational congress profoundly expounded the importantposition of three rural issues in the development of national economy, and thenecessity of develop the county economy in solution of three rural issues. Althoughsince the reforming and opening policy, national economy obtained great progress, butour country is still a typical developing country, there are still a large number ofunderdeveloped and less developed areas. In these areas, backward development ofcounty economy affects the whole level of economic development. To study theproblem of county economy in these places, can help to promote their economyconstruction, so as to promote the national economic development.In recent years, Anhui province’s economy developed rapidly. But thedevelopment level of county economy is not good enough. County economicdevelopment has a huge role in promoting the overall economic development ofAnhui province, has gradually become the focus and difficult economic rise of Anhuiprovince. Anhui province has a strong representativeness in the central part of Chinawith rich resources and location advantages. In the environment of the development ofthe western, it ushers in a very good development opportunity. To study Anhuiprovince’s county economic development can give a comprehensive understanding ofthe county economic development of the central provinces, especially theunderdeveloped central provinces, and provide a basis for the revitalization of thecounty economy of the underdeveloped areas.In this work, we mainly used theories of county economy and the actual date ofcounty economy in Anhui province. by using literature, investigation, case analysis,quantitative and qualitative methods, we first analysis the background and basicconditions of county economic development in Anhui province on the macro level,then point out the problems existed in its development, such as the overall level ofcounty economy is not high, the unreasonable industrial structure, and the unbalance economy development in the county area. At the same time, analysis influence factorof Jinzhai county which has the certain representative on the micro level, andcombined with the macro situation analysis, given that industrial structure, financial,and urbanization are the main influence factors of the development of countyeconomic in Anhui province. Finally, the article gives suggestions for the countyeconomic development in Anhui province.
