The Research Of Driving Factors Of Chongqing Land Use Change And Countermeasure That Based On Balancing Urban And Rural Development

Land use change and driving forces analysis is a hot topic of current geographyresearch of global change. In the process of society development, due to the naturalfactors and social factors, different land use structure and land resource quality in thecontinuous change, and impact on regional ecological environment and globalenvironmental. Therefore, research, analysis of regional land use, change process, rulesand driving factors, is the important foundation of studying the changes of ecologicalenvironment, it’s also the regulation of human behavioral scientific decision.This paper takes Chongqing as an example, in the two grade class as the object ofstudy, based on the land dynamic change analysis of1997to2009the13years,announced the class characteristics from different point of view. From the changes wecan see, the land use change in Chongqing is very rapid.Chongqing urban and rural two element structure is very apparently, the only way ofsocial and economic development is big city with big country, balancing urban and ruraldevelopment, economic development and at the same time with the transfer of resources.This article focuses on the perspective of urban and rural harmonious developmentChongqing land resources changes, the main driving forces which effect the land usechange of Chongqing, according to the main driving force factors put forward thecorresponding countermeasures and suggestions, in order to be advantageous to thesustainable use of land..Chongqing land resources changes are that arable land, grassland area, otheragricultural land area and land use are continuously decreasing, while the city ofChongqing farmland area to decrease the maximum; Chongqing water conservancyfacilities land, traffic land, garden area, dweller dot and factory use land area, forestland area increased. On the land use dynamic change of language, this paper mainlyselected land use quantity change and land use degree of variation, when analysised thequantitative change analysis the amplitude of the land use change and the rate of landuse change, through the use of degree comprehensive index analysis the extent ofchange, calculated the change in volume and rate of change, reach Chongqing land utilization in recession.The change of land use in Chongqing driving force mainly based on the qualitativeanalysis and the quantitative analysis of these two aspects. Qualitative analysisincluding the natural factors and social factors, natural factors are the main naturaldisasters, climate, soil, hydrology, terrain slope, etc. social factors are population growth,urbanization, economic and social development, political policy, the progress of scienceand technology mainly. Quantitative analysis included principal component analysis andcanonical correlation analysis, the principal component analysis using SPSS software to26original variables for public factor extraction, thereby determining the principalcomponents, contain the total population, economic development, people’s livingconditions, traffic conditions, technical factors. Based on the results of principalcomponent analysis further canonical correlation analysis, finally draws the mostcritical factors that influence of local land use change.This article in view of the main driving force, put forward corresponding counter-measures, respectively, population control, optimize the population structure, and toimprove the quality of the population; reasonable guiding economic development,correct processing economy grows the relationship with land use; optimize theindustrial structure, the reasonable use of land resources; development and promotionagricultural technology, improve the productivity of land resource; strictly control landuse, cogent protection farmland; to establish the concept of sustainable land use,strengthening the awareness of public participation and social supervision, in order tocontribute to the promotion of Chongqing land resources sustainable utilization and theharmonious development of society and economy.
