With the rising of knowledge, human resource, which has been considered as akey component for both society and enterprise, has been gaining a growing attentionfrom all aspects of the society. However, the following problems become moreprominent than ever, for example, the employee aging, the high rate of employeeturnover and the contradiction between the staff development and the enterprisedevelopment, etc. The training and development of the talents has become an integralpart of human resource management and the analysis of training needs. It takes upalmost75%of workload of training work and attracts more and more people’sattention. It is indicated that the enterprise’s training needs and the staff’s ownpreference are closely connected and this connection has a great influence on the staffperformance and the enterprise development. Thus, it is of a vital importance to seek amore efficient and scientific training program to upgrade Cenozoic staff trainingquality and reduce the enterprise training inputs. This system is designed mainly onthe basis of the enterprise development, while the staff development has beenconsidered as a supplementing role. It is hoped that this program will conform to theconditions of the current Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs)in growth andsuffice the Cenozoic staff requirements.Based on the previous research on the training needs, the author constructs amodel of the staff training needs the SMEs’ Cenozoic in growth through a statisticanalysis of3years’ professional data. It divides training needs into6dimensionalitiesand39subprojects. The questionnaires have been given out to some Cenozoic staff inmultiple growth-oriented SMEs of Changsha and Shenzhen, and there are totally116effective questionnaires. SPSS19.0software has been applied to this statistics analysison the questionnaire investigation. The data has been examined from four differentperspectives, which includes reliability test, related test, variance analysis, and factoranalysis. The result indicates the significant relation among the staff own trainingneeds, the enterprise’s own needs and the enterprise developments. It extracts highrelevant factors and the training needs of most Cenozoic staff to design a trainingprogram which suffices different requirements of the Cenozoic staff.This article aims to provide reference for the management team in SMEs tostrengthen human resource management. It is hoped that this research will be helpfulto the managers from SMEs when they try to reduce the employee turnover ofCenozoic staff, and improve the employee productivity of the Cenozoic staff.
