With the rapid development of the global economic, Human Resource Management is more and more important in the enterprise management.As the key link in the human resource management system, Performance Management gets more emphasis on business,which is the core of Human Resource Management and Development and systematic evaluation project.And,the process and the result of this evaluation have direct effect on the other side of Human Resources Management,then influence Human Resource policy and the overall effect of running.The key whether the enterprise can grow strong is how to design a scientific, effective enterprise performance management system, which is in line with China’s national conditions and meets the actual situation of enterprise, to improve the business performance management.Setting X rural credit union as the research subject, applying the relevant theories of performance management, and taking the market features, strategic goals and current management situations of the company into consideration, this essay designs a new performance management system for X rural credit union according to the analysis.This thesis has been divided into four parts exclusive of the preface and the tag.In Chapter One the essay introduces the basic theory of performance management, including the concept of performance and performance management, the the basic process and method of performance managementChapter Two is the analysis of the problem existing in the current performance management, which is the evidence supporting our new design which is essential.In Chapter Three the author gives the new design for the performance management system of X rural credit union, and of course it is the core part of this thesis. The essay starts with the design and preparation work of performance management, and then complete the indicator design of X rural credit union. Finally, the author gives the process of performance management including plan, implementation, appraisal, feedback, improvement and result application, forming an integrated X rural credit union model performance management system.At last, we give the conclusion of the new system, which also concludes the merits and the disadvantages.We carried out the feasibility study for this design, by the analysis of the precondition on effective implementation of the program, list the problem need to solve as well as problem-solving proposals.
