Research On Optimization Of Production Procedure Of Aerospace Manufacturing Corporation

With the rapid economic growth, aerospace markets of china are rapidly growing. Founding the powerful and efficient aviation manufacturing industry is not only of great political significance, but also of important support to sustain economic growth and the advanced structure. Achieving the rapid development of China’s aviation industry can bring down costs, reduce waste, improve production efficiency, optimize production processes and improve their complicate competitiveness, it is the significance purpose of this paper study.Under the guidance of the theory of lean production, this paper research how to optimize manufacturing operations of aerospace manufacturers through using the scheduling theory, nd establish a mathematical model combined with the recently condition of A aviation manufacturing corporation, by this model we optimize production process of this corporation. Thus the paper is divided into five parts, the first part is the introduction, which describes the background and meaning of this paper; The second part is the summary of the theoretical ideas about Lean production; The third part is the introduction about production of aerospace products and manufacturing processes; The fourth part describes the scheduling theory and establishes model according to concrete examples, optimize it and get the results; The fifth part is the summary and outlook of this paper, based on the conclusion of this writing’s contents, the author analysis the shortcomings of this writing and find where can continue to research in the future. I hope through the research it will improve the production efficiency of aviation manufacturers, enhance competitiveness and provide some help to make aviation manufacturers much more brilliant.
