Study On Countermeasures For Improvement Of Science And Technology Innovation Capability In Dairy Industry

In the context of economic globalization, we must have scientific and technological innovation of independent property rights, so that we can survive in the competitive market. The dairy processing industry occupies an important position in agricultural product processing industry, thus the strength of the scientific and technological innovation capability of the dairy industry has direct impact on China’s agricultural product processing industry in the world rankings. This paper studies the scientific and technological innovation capability of the dairy processing industry, and analyzes the dairy industry Technology Roadmap and Cooperative Mode specifically, and gives some suggestions on how to improve the scientific and technological innovation capability of China’s dairy industry.Industry Technology Roadmap is an innovative management style. It can help companies predict the future development, and thus make scientific planning, integrate resources rationally, and focus on the advantages of innovation. Cooperation of industry, university and research institutions can help companies take full advantage of human and equipment resources of universities and research institutions, to further develop scientific and technological innovation activities. From the aspect of competition, the development of industrial technology roadmap will help the enterprises seize the core procedures and the opportunities of industrial development, while the development of technology roadmaps can promote the cooperation of industry, university and research institutions.This paper will analyze industry technology roadmap and cooperation model as the main contents. This paper analyzes market demand, industry target, processing barriers and research needs of dairy industry. It makes specific analysis on category, regional consumption, technology, and processing equipment needs in the part of market demand analysis. A comprehensive technology roadmap for the dairy industry is presented based on the above analysis. Study on the model of science and technology innovation shows that the application of cooperation mode of industry, university and research institutions can improve the technological innovation capability of dairy processing enterprises. This paper specifically discusses the development advantage of the cooperation mode of industry, university and research institutions, the obstacles encountered in the dairy processing industry, as well as measures which dairy processing enterprises, universities and research institutions should take to promote the development of the model.Finally, this paper provides suggestions on how to improve the technological innovation capability of dairy industry at the macro level: improving the support system of technological innovation,innovating according to different types, and different ways of innovation, making further innovation in accordance with the planning of the industry technology roadmap and the formation of the cooperation mode of industry, university and research institutions, and government perform their functions to further promote technological innovation of dairy processing enterprises.
