The Study On The New Industrialization Development In Shangqiu City

Taking a new road to industrialization is the new time our party and the national significant strategic plan. It is necessary to persist in using IT to propel industrialization, which will, in turn, stimulate IT application, blazing a new trail to industrialization featuring high scientific and technological content, good economic returns, low resources consumption, little environmental pollution and a full display of advantages in human resources. There is a considerable gap of industrial level between Shangqiu City and developed coastal areas in the country. On the whole,its level of industrialization still lags behind other cities in Henan Province. Realizing leap-forward sustainable development in Shangqiu, and taking a new road to industrialization, are both embodied the national significant strategic plan and an inevitable choice for increasing scientific development.According to five indexes, such as the GDP per capita, the proportion of first, second and third industry, the employment structure, urban and rural structure, this paper generally judges Shangqiu City industrialization stages. There is obviously advantage and disadvantage for Shangqiu new industrialization. In this paper, using SWOT method which applys in strategic management analyzes the strategic environment of Shangqiu, recognizing inside advantages and disadvantages, outside of the opportunity and the challenge of industrialization which Shangqiu City is facing, thinking about the strategic task of new industrialization, and the analysis of the shangqiu city advancing the new industrialization process in the positive role of the government and the shortcomings.Through evaluating industrialization stage, and analyzing the strategic environment of the Shangqiu, this paper argues that promotes Shangqiu new industrialization should formulate a series of policies and measures, which include undertake industry shift to adjust the industrial structure, and to improve the informatization construction industry development speed, science and technology innovation to improve the quality of industrial development, the construction of industrial development to construct a platform to optimize industrial development mechanism innovation soft environment, urban construction to lead "three" coordinated development.
