With the development of economic globalization, the research on theinternational entrepreneurship also aroused more attention in the recent20years. Thestudy on the international entrepreneurship, have continued to recognize knowledgeand organizational learning as the main factors affecting the internationalentrepreneurship. Engaged in international business enterprises continued to createknowledge and realize the transfer of knowledge in the organization is the foundationof its survival and development. Besides, international entrepreneurial opportunityrecognition is largely depends on the company’s existing knowledge stocks.Enterprise learning through reasonable organizing activities can access tointernational markets for new technology, knowledge and ability, the face of the rapidchanges in the international market to take the initiative in the competition strategy.This paper starts from the knowledge-based theory, viewing enterprise as a creationand utilization of knowledge entities, to validate effects of organizational learning,knowledge management on international entrepreneurial performance.Firstly, the article lay the theoretical foundation by evaluating the theorydevelopment and research status of related research, and then define the dimensionsof organizational learning and knowledge management from the perspective ofInternational Entrepreneurship. organizational learning is divided into threedimensions of shared vision, learning commitment and open-mindness; putknowledge management into knowledge creation, knowledge sharing, knowledgeintegration and the application of knowledge. The international entrepreneurshipperformance is divided into research of international entrepreneurship financialperformance and non-financial performance two dimensions. Then on the basis ofrelevant research this paper puts forward15hypotheses about the influencingorganizational learning, knowledge management on international entrepreneurialperformance, and the use of multiple regression analysis on the hypothesis and modeltest, the knowledge creation and international enterprise financial performancepositive relationship, knowledge sharing and international enterprise financialperformance, non positive relationship financial performance between the threehypothesis does not pass validation, basically proved that there are positiverelationship between organizational learning, knowledge management andinternational business performance, and verify the knowledge management activeintermediary role between organizational learning and international entrepreneurialperformance to a certain extent, explains the rationality of the model. Finally, thispaper summarizes the research problems and future research directions.
