The Optimization Design Of Corn Procurement Management Model Based On The Supply Chain In Xuejing Biochemical Company

There is a saying "Selected by the Nature, only the fittest survives.", as everyone knows, any enterprise cannot survival and growth without efficient competition. In " biological chain " of an enterprise, supply chain management has become the core essential factor for the enterprise’s survival and development. As the raw materials purchasing management is an important part of enterprise supply chain, purchasing management mode and efficiency is also one of the core elements influencing enterprise cost. Reduce the purchase cost, which will not only be the enterprise’s "third profit source ", but also is an important content for enterprise supply chain management. However, most of the China’s enterprise have a high procurement cost with a low efficiency in the process of purchase, which lead to the result that the existing purchasing management pattern cannot meet the personalized needs of the market and cannot adapt to the requirements of the market competition.This paper based on the study of Xuejing biochemical companies corn procurement management problems and use it as the research object, introduced the basic theory related to purchasing management in the system,analysised present situation and the existence question of raw material procurement management in Xuejing biochemical company, and then put forward a innovate model for the biochemical company procurement management, which is based on inventory control MRP model, and to reduce the cost of raw materials centralized purchasing mode, optimized the design of corn procurement management model in Xuejing biochemical company from the supplier management, purchasing management flow optimization, the core business functions etc.Finally from the establishment and improvement of purchasing information system, strengthening the purchasing decision and plan management, adjusting procurement organization structure and improving the supplier management level and other aspects to implement and control it in detail. The research purpose is to provide guidance and reference for purchasing management of Xuejing biochemical company and for other enterprises to raise the level of management of procurement.
