Zhongzhou Branch Company of Aluminum Corporation of China Limited (Chalco) belong to largeState-owned Key Enterprises——Aluminum Corporation of China. After2011, the company offered toconstruction "internationalization much metal mining company" goal, made in the face of the new century’snew development strategy, as a branch to be with the development of the group company for thecorresponding strategic transformation and structure adjustment, but also need to construct the new strategyto meet the company development direction of the enterprise culture.Zhongzhou branch company and management theory and also internal enterprise culture construction,this paper studied in depth about how Zhongzhou branch company implement its enterprise culture underthe conditions of the reshaping of new strategy. The purpose of this paper is to construct enterprise culturemanagement system in line with the new strategy of China aluminum corporate, and try to find themanagement law for theenterprise, especially for the state-owned enterprise which executes the cultureconstruction problems In line with the company strategy development direction, and provide thecorresponding theoretical guidance and practical exploration about the culture management ofZhongzhou branch company.This article is divided into six chapters. Chapter1Introduced the research background, purpose, andsignificance, evaluated the foreign and domestic research status and studied the method and technical routeof this paper. Chapter2Elaborated the connotation of Enterprise culture,and the relationship betweenStrategy and cultural, reviewed the related theory and research on the enterprise internal cultural, studiedthe new long-term development strategy of Aluminum Corporation of China and analyzed enterprise culture construction of Zhongzhou branch company. Chapter3used the questionnaire survey to studyculture status of Zhongzhou branch company, find out the existing advantages and deficiency ofZhongzhou branch company’culture construction. Chapter4discussed enterprise culture improvement andimplementation under the conditions of the strategic transition, including the strategy repositioning ofZhongzhou branch company, reconstruction of the spirit of enterprise culture, reconstruction of the systemculture, reconstruction of the material culture, reconstruction of the behavior culture and the core idea ofimprovement based on the strategic direction. Chapter5studied the implementation of enterprise cultureunder condition of new strategy, chapter6discussed the limitations of the study and directions for futureresearch.This research tried hard to summarize the theory of enterprise culture, put forward with referenceimplementation plan for the relevant enterprises to implement enterprise culture management form theoryto practice.
