The social and economic development to a certain stage,the competition between enterprises is no longer confined to the products,but also in other aspects,especially the enterprise culture competition.Excellent corporate culture can enhance the internal cohesion,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and improve the quality of enterprise products,and so on,so it is of great significance to further study the enterprise culture.This paper takes the A company as the research object,which is reformed from State-owned enterprise,we mainly studies the cultural reconstruction after the reform.The research methods include literature analysis,comparative analysis,empirical analysis,interview,induction and deduction,etc.Through the study of the company's own corporate culture,in the reform of state-owned enterprises as the background,combined with the internal culture of private enterprises,by comparing the culture of state-owned enterprises and private enterprise culture,to find the most suitable for the development of A company enterprise culture.In the study,as the theoretical basis to guide A company corporate culture reform based on Hofstede's cultural dimensions of cultural values,to find out the cultural status of the A company in the reform of state-owned enterprises before,and the existing problems,such as the staff of the enterprise culture and the sensitivity of the low.Through in-depth analysis of enterprise culture,to improve the construction of enterprise culture in the reform of state-owned enterprises,enterprise reform from the staff perspective,to further improve the construction of corporate culture of A,and ultimately improve the overall efficiency of the enterprise.
