The Study On Process Evaluation And Optimization Of The Supply Chain Quality

Entering the21st century, there are significant changes happened in the global competitive environment. The era that "Total Quality Management" is the core element of competition is coming. In order to pursue excellence in quality and continuous improvement, domestic and international experts continue to optimize the methods and tools of quality management, which has achieved remarkable success. However, with the ideology of supply chain appearing, the market’s competitive landscape has changed:the single enterprise’s dominant position of market competition has been replaced by the supply chain. As the operating environment of the supply chain is extremely complex, and the main body involved in quality activities has the different cognitive standards of quality, so how to systematically improve the quality level of the supply chain became a problem faced by the modern quality management.The enterprises in the supply chain are different in business nature and management system, so the entire supply chain system is lack of a common quality environment. The SCOR provides a standardized, universal operations reference for the supply chain, which helps to build a supply chain quality system. With the help of SCOR, we can analyze the characteristics of the supply chain system from the perspective of the process, extract the formation process and delivery process of the supply chain quality from it, and then build the Supply Chain Quality System based on the SCOR. The main purpose of the Supply Chain Quality System is to achieve continuous improvement and global optimization, which can be achieved by process evaluation and process optimization of the supply chain quality.The Supply Chain Quality System and modern quality management both attach importance to the "Process Thought". Process evaluation and process optimization of the supply chain quality is also the emphasis of the SCQM. Process quality evaluation of the supply chain is based on the process quality audits, which helps to evaluate the overall level of the supplier’s quality. It can ensure the process evaluation and monitoring of the supply chain quality with the method of PMEA, MSA, PCA and SPC. Selecting the evaluation index based on Taguchi quality loss function is an innovation to the process quality evaluation of the supply chain. The article points out that using Cpm and Ppm to evaluate the supply chain process will be more scientific. The optimization of the supply chain process can be seen as the optimization of input and output of the process. The method of DEA is suitable to improve the quality efficiency of the supply chain quality system through the optimization of the input. With the ultra-efficient DEA model, we can sort the quality efficiency of the process of the different input combinations. By the method of giving priority to the high-efficiency quality portfolio for production, global optimization of the quality level of the supply chain can be achieved.
