Research On Supply Chain Process Optimization Of F Group Based On SCOR Model

With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,The competition of enterprises has been transferred from simply product and service competition to the competition between supply chain and supply chain,Which needs each node enterprises around the core enterprise in the supply chain cooperate with each other and cooperate with each other efficiently to achieve the goal of delivering the right products to the terminal customers timely and accurately in order to improving customer services?Simultaneously,if you want to achieve the goal and maintain the competitive advantage of supply chain,it plays role in improve the supply chain process of core enterprises and the management ability of enterprises to supply chain process in order to adapt to the changing market demand and get an invincible position in the competition between supply chain and supply chain.As the core enterprise of the supply chain,F group is mainly made of health products.The enterprises need to optimize the supply chain process and take advantage of the core enterprises in the supply chain to enhance the competitiveness of the whole supply chain enterprise with the core of F group by improving the operation efficiency of enterprises and the supply chain management capabilities of enterprises.This paper takes the supply chain process of F group as the research object,using the supply chain operation reference model(SCOR)and the process reengineering theory to optimize the supply chain process of F group.Fristly,This paper analyzes the research results of SCOR models and process reengineering by domestic and foreign scholars,introducing the theory knowledge of supply chain?process reengineering and SCOR model in detail.Next,the author analyzes the core process of F group's supply chain from planning,procurement,production,inventory,sales,returns and other links,basing on SCOR model to identify the F Group,s supply chain process gaps between the supply chain and the rod enterprises.Then,the author is based on the supply chain structure of the SCOR model ? the characteristics of enterprise production operation ? supply chain processes and performance system provided by SCOR models to the design of the F group of supply chain processes,organizational structure and function and supply chain performance evaluation system to help enterprises better ? faster and the comprehensive construction enterprise supply chain process to enhance the enterprise competitiveness of supply chain and supply chain management capabilities of enterprises.Meanwhile Supply chain process optimization is a dynamic course of enterprises,which need to be adjusted according to the change of the market environment and the production and operation of the company,need to monitor and control optimized the supply chain process and formulate corresponding measures to ensure the efficient implementation of enterprise supply chain process.The last but not the least,the paper summarizes the whole article and points out the shortage and the prospect of the follow-up work.
