In the increasingly fierce market competition environment, the implementation of supplychain management in the enterprise is becoming more and more important. In China, many smalland medium enterprises have not realized the importance of the implementation of supply chainmanagement. Due to the confusion of supply chain process, the overall competitiveness ofenterprises has been seriously restricted. But in the modern society, customer’s demand is moreand more diversified and personalized. The needs and requirements should be convenient and fastto meet. This requires manufacturing through to the original supply chain process reengineering toimprove operational efficiency of the supply chain, and make a timely response to customer’sdemand. By improving the operating efficiency of supply chain can enhance the competitivenessof enterprises, and strive for more profits for the enterprise. XINGYU GLOVES as manufacturingenterprises are also faced with the same problem; its supply chain process needs to bereconstructed to improve the competitiveness of enterprises on the supply chain processes.As workers’ safety protection consciousness is more and more strong, more and moredemand for safety products and personalized. It is not only opportunities but challenges for thesafety products manufacturers. And most of the safety product companies are short of the ability toresist risk: supply chain response insensitive. XINGYU GLOVES must start from the supply chainprocess to solve their own problems, seize the good opportunities of the safety product market toget more market share.This article firstly according to analyze the research results of scholars at home and abroadon supply chain management and business process improvement. This two kinds of managementconcepts are integrated into XINGYU GLOVES company internal supply chain processreengineering. Then it gives a detailed introduction about the SCOR model, and points out that theSCOR model for enlightenment of internal supply chain process of XINGYU GLOVES.According to the performance index of the SCOR model to diagnose the company’s supply chainprocess and find the problem, and then according to the hierarchical structure of the SCOR modelreengineer XINGYU GLOVES internal supply chain process. And then to implement and monitorthe reengineering of the supply chain process, pointing out that the enterprise organization, system,technology and enterprise culture, environment, human resource allocation method is an importantguarantee of implementing supply chain process reengineering. In the business processreengineering of supply chain monitoring and evaluation index system was constructed to improvetarget to encourage enterprises to reengineering the improvement of supply chain process, andpoints out that the supply chain process reengineering is a continuous improvement and long-termoperation, and it should combined with the actual situation to make the corresponding adjustment.Finally, this article summarizes and points out the deficiencies and prospect.
