From the "one couple can only have one child" to the "second child alone" to the implementation of the "all-round two children" policy, women's family life and career change constantly with the orientation of national policies. As the main body of childbearing and child education, the participants of social labor and the burden of housework, multiple roles demand that contemporary women face enormous occupational stress and challenges. When women face work-family conflict as the focus of social attention, promoting women's balance between the two becomes a benchmark. So,women can really make family and career balance? This study, with the full liberalization of the second child policy as the background and professional women as the research object, further verified through questionnaires that today, even with the increasing social status of women, the continuous improvement of individual capabilities and the support of families and organizations.Professional women are still facing serious work-family conflicts.Based on the selection of appropriate independent variables.First, this paper performs a basic descriptive statistical analysis on the questionnaire data and demographic characteristics, the status of working women and children, family and work units;Second, establish the research hypothesis; And then,by correlation analysis and sequential logistic regression analysis test hypothesis, draw the following conclusions:First,work-family conflicts exist widely in the lives of professional women.Whether it is the impact of work on the family, the impact of the family on the work,or the incoordination of the work and the family,it can have a negligible impact on the working women's lives.Second, the regression equation results show that the number of children has a significant positive impact on the work-family conflict of working women. As the number of children increases,work-family conflicts increase significantly.Third, organizational support has had a significant negative impact on workfamily conflicts. When the organization gives some support,it can ease the work-family conflict of working women.Fourthly, the pleasant degree of marital life will have a significant negative impact on work-family conflict. As women feel the happy level of marital life,work-family conflict will be significantly reduced.Fifthly, the study found that both family support and organizational support have no significant effect on the relationship between children's status and professional women's work-family conflict.According to the conclusion drawn from the empirical study,as long as women participate in social work and raise their children, they will experience obvious workfamily conflicts and the more children they have, the more conflicts will become. This conflict can be significantly improved by the support of families and organizations;however,it does not change because of the child's age. This finding reflects the fact that working-age women in first-tier cities are currently experiencing considerable work-family conflict,a finding that validates the findings of previous studies. In particular, this study further validates the positive correlation between the number of children and conflict at work in the family, and such conflicts still exist in both family and organization. This conclusion really sends a clear signal to the public that under the policy of "all-round second child",the issue of conflict between work and family has become an important issue not only for women and families, but also for the whole society to take the initiative Pay close attention to the new dilemmas faced by women in the development of their workplaces, pay attention to the career development and physical and mental health of professional women, and pay great attention to the education of their children.
