The New Employees Training Research Of A Power Supply Enterprise

Electric power enterprises have strict production processes, sophisticated technology and public product supply characteristics. Enterprises need a large amount of investment, advanced production technology and high-quality professionals. Electric power enterprises’ personnel training has been incorporated into the corporate strategy planning, which plays a key role in promoting the realization of enterprise strategy, value and the construction of core competitiveness.In power supply enterprises, new employee training is an important part of human resource department’s job. It is the starting point as well as the direct purpose of new employee training, which allows new employees to get familiar with their job and the enterprise culture in the shortest time to lay a solid foundation for the future development of employees, department and the coordination of enterprises.This research based on the competence theory uses the detailed investigation analysis of new employees training status of a power supply enterprise to find out the problems and the causes of new employees training system. Then with the company’s development strategy as the guidance, this research takes the employees’characteristics and career development into account to study and design new employee competency model and to determine the key indicators of employees’competency of electric power enterprises, based on which the research analyses the requirement of new employees’training, defines the goal the training, optimizes the training system, and finally puts forward the corresponding security measures.Based on the "menu" training mode, this paper puts forward the "basic training+select training" training mode creatively hoping that it will be useful to broad new employees’ minds, to fully tap their potential, and to provide a reference for new employees’training.
