With the continuous improvement of the power market and the introduction of market competition mechanism,the monopoly position of the electric power industry has been broken.New power supply enterprises promote competition and electricity market is becoming increasingly apparent.In addition,with the progress of science and technology and the world economy,as well as the appearance of extra-high voltage(EHV),ultrahigh voltage(UHV),smart grid,the electric power enterprises entered into an automated stage.That means less employees but high ability are required.In order to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises,strengthen building of talents team,what we need to do is not only continuously absorbing new forces,but also improving the overall quality and capability of the electric staffs through training and education,especially to strengthen the knowledge and skills of the staffs who work in production line.Based on the current domestic and foreign situation of the enterprise staff training,this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the power supply enterprise training from the special industry attributes of the power supply enterprise.Through the research of the connotation and characteristics of power supply enterprise on-site training method which is used commonly and widely in power supply enterprise team training,based on the full analysis of present power supply enterprise team on-site training issues and the causes leading to the problems,based on the need for updating technology and production equipment,the need for strengthening the training lean management and the need for enhancing the on-site training effect,the paper puts forward the optimized model of power supply enterprise on-site training,and studies ‘a closed loop and four support systems' on-site training mode,which is a closed loop management process(including needs analysis,planning,implementation and evaluation)and four support systems(including teacher resources,curriculum library,test bank and training archives)construction.Furthermore,the paper proves the innovative model's science quality and validity through analysis of the process and results of the implementation of ‘a closed loop and four support systems' on-site training model in Zhejiang Jinhua power supply enterprise.By using this model,Jinhua power supply enterprise has combed multiple learning paths,improved the teachers and curriculum system,helped the team members to build a systemic knowledge system,and improved their knowledge and skill.Therefore,the training mode promotes the electric power enterprise team on-site training optimization and promotes the on-site training lean management,meanwhile,provides a feasible mode for the optimization and upgrading of team on-site training in power supply enterprise.
