The Research On Selection Of The Support Mode For Economically Quasi-developed Areas In China

The aging of rural population is becoming more and more serious in China. As a result of the unbalance development in urban and rural in a long time, the resource is allocated to tilt in urban. Contrasting to the old-age security level in urban, the security for old-age people is shortage. It highlighted the aging problem, which will cause a certain impact to the social environment of harmonious and stability. So how to plan the development of the endowment modes, and select a suitable pattern become necessary urgently.Therefore, this paper chooses the selection of endowment modes in rural places of quasi-economic developed areas as the study object, and make Daye city as the case. Use the literature analysis, case research and system analysis methods to study in-deathly of the endowment modes in rural areas of Daye city. Base on the analysis of history, present situation, reasons and limitations, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the endowment patterns in Daye city. And to propose a right combination of the endowment mode, which can meet the needs of local social effectively. This content consists of the following seven chapters.In the introduction part, mainly base on the literature analysis, this paper describes the definition of the endowment mode, and clarifies the endowment mode classification standard. It points out that "old-age support force" can be vied as a division pattern of old-age standard, and with the concept of economy developed areas for reference, the paper gives the concept of quasi-economic developed areas.The second chapter base on the analysis rural endowment modes transformations in history. By querying of the local historical file and investigating of the country, which in order to collect some date and information about changing of the local rural endowment modes. By these ways we can find the history law and to push the elements for the changing of endowment mode.The third chapter mainly describes the view of the Daye rural endowment modes operation. Through questionnaires and interviews to obtain the first hand information, and base on these information to master the current endowment modes in general.The fourth chapter mainly uses statistical analysis of relevant data and classic cases, from the macro, meso and micro dimensions to research the reasons of the endowment mode behaviors in the city of Daye current. Grasping the factors impacted during the operation of the endowment from the root.The fifth chapter researches the limits of rural endowment modes in Daye city. First of all, discussing the operation conditions, running environment and function mechanism, which are provided by the single modes and the combination mode. Constructing the operate concept mode of the endowment modes. Secondly compares the theoretical modes with the practical systems. To find out the limitations and the range of the mode, which cannot meets the requiring conditions and work well.The sixth chapter bases on the research before, and gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the advance in the rural areas of the Daye city. In three aspects as ensuring main position for the endowment of resources supply, solving the problems of rural elderly mental needs, and the development of service system in rural places. Improve the conditions for the operation environment of the single mode and combining mode, and to extensive the combination mode at the right time.The final chapter is a brief overview of the whole content, and explores the issues which will study on the future.
