Study On Efficiency Of Incentive Mechanism In The Staff Of Petroleum Refining And Chemical Project

Petrochemical industry is an important basic and pillar industry in national economy, who plays as a critical role in connecting with the front and the following industry in national economy. In the basic building of petrochemical industry, petroleum refining project needs large mounts of investment, complex process technology and lots of social resources, which has a strong effect on the society and environment, as a result, the requirement to the project quality and plan is higher and higher.This paper studies on efficiency of incentive mechanism in the staff of petroleum refining and chemical project. Besides theory analysis, the meaning of study object is defined, the incentive mode in the project staff is built, and the system of incentive method and target is founded. Then inquiry way is adopted, questionnaire is designed, and lots of data is collected. After that, with the theory method, math formula is used to measure the efficiency of different kinds of incentive on the quality, plan and cost of project. And finally, the result that the efficiency of different kinds of incentive under different value is get.Revising project incentive scheme is not only helpful to making progress with the project, mobilizing the positivity of the staff, exerting the staff’s potential and cooperating with others, but also helpful to getting a good result in organization, project progress and staff development three sides.
