Manufacturing the products which meet the requirement of market and development of animal husbandry is the arduous mission endowed to animal husbandry equipment manufacture filed by times. Therefore, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Hohhot Branch catches this rapid development moment to adjust her development strategy at her own initiative accordingly leading to expand her business scope from simple animal agriculture machinery products to animal husbandry machinery equipment segment and new energy engineering segment etc. Thus, it makes Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Hohhot Branch to step to diversity and sustainable development.This study, beginning with researching macro-economy environment of enterprise development, deeply analyzes the current status and development tendency of animal husbandry equipment manufacturing and new energy technology. In addition, its specially analyze the competition environment and market status of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Hohhot Branch’s core advantage business, animal husbandry filed, by applying5force module.. Then, after mastering macro-economy status, based on industry characteristics, and considering development status and tendency of animal husbandry business, the this study also gives a detailed analysis for outside opportunities, threats and internal capability by Benchmarking and SWTO analysis method to work out the development strategy suitable for the company’further development. The development strategy could be concluded as accelerating the building of self-innovation, accelerating the building of industrialization capability, strengthening marketing and brand effect, and propelling the reform of internal management system, which could be called two acceleration, one strengthening and one propelling for short. Meanwhile, durative of innovation, availability&sufficiency of capable personnel and efficiency of information also should be focused on. Moreover, by adjusting industry structure and enlarging investment scale to support new energy segment, service segment and especially animal husbandry machinery equipment segment, the competitiveness is improved, and various and jumping development could be realized. On the other hand, merging and acquisitions would contribute to optimizing and upgrading industrialization structure in order to cultivate a big enterprise group to gain sustainable development environment and new profit growth point.Moreover, based on clearly specifying the strategy target, this study puts forward7measures to keep the development strategy implemented, which provides solid guarantee for realizing Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanization Sciences Hohhot Branch’s general strategy target, becoming the leader of animal husbandry machinery equipment’s manufacturing and achieving sale with the annual income RMB three billion at the of twelfth5-year plan.Generally speaking, the strategy scheme raised in this study gradually grows and takes shape based on system analysis and company’s mission after long term practice in market. The growth process of strategy is permeated wisdom and hardworking of those professional technicians and administration staff in the field of animal husbandry by generations.
