With the continuous development and transformation of China’s market economy,state-owned enterprises,as the pillar enterprises of economic development,have an irreplaceable significance for China’s "14th Five-Year Plan" and the realization of the second centenary goal of building a modern socialist country.As the economy develops,society progresses,and market competition intensifies,stateowned enterprises still bear the responsibility of improving employee quality,enhancing operational efficiency,generating economic benefits,strengthening market competitiveness,and creating a stable employment environment.Consequently,attracting,retaining,and effectively utilizing talents are common challenges faced by every state-owned enterprise.To promote the high-quality and efficient development of state-owned enterprises,high-value human capital becomes crucial.Thus,effectively motivating employees to better serve the realization of organizational goals is a significant issue faced by human resource management.Employee training plays an indispensable role in enhancing the value of human capital.In recent years,the exhibition industry,including hotels,performances,and conferences,has faced unprecedented challenges due to the pandemic.The sharp decline in operating income has brought companies to a bottleneck in development.Gansu Exhibition Company,as one of the leading enterprises in Gansu Province,faces similar challenges in employee training,including the neglect of training by management,resistance to training by grassroots employees,overly broad training plans,lack of professionalism and specificity,traditional training methods,and insufficient evaluation indicators for training outcomes.These issues hinder corporate development and significantly impact the company’s talent career path.The focus of this study is the training program of exhibition companies.First,training and related theoretical knowledge are explained,and the characteristics of grassroots employees in exhibition companies are analyzed.Then,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the current situation and problems of grassroots employee training in Gansu Exhibition Company are analyzed,and the main issues in the training programs are clarified.These issues include an overemphasis on training needs analysis,lack of integration of theory and practice in training content,superficial teaching quality,traditional and singular training methods,and inadequate systematic evaluation of training outcomes.Furthermore,the causes of these issues are analyzed,and solutions are proposed for improving the training programs.Finally,to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimized grassroots employee training program,this study provides supporting measures that effectively support the successful operation of Gansu Exhibition Company’s training.The aim is to help Gansu Exhibition Company improve the training of its grassroots employees,maximize the effectiveness of training,output outstanding management talents for the company’s strategic transformation,and enable Gansu Exhibition Company to reach new heights in the industry.
