Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is set by the business organization for its members. EAP is a series of long-term service projects to solve psychological and behavioral problems of employees and their families. The goal is to promote employees’ personal growth, improve performance and achieve organizational goals. In recent years, the EAP under the mode of enterprise social work in China develops rapidly but it’s far from perfect due to the late start and different situation compared with developed countries.The essay takes the Crown Asahi Electronic social service center as example. This study mainly includes two aspects, one aspect is the typical case study on the social work provided by the center. The second aspect is the empirical analysis about the satisfaction of the EAP application.During the internship period, the author and the other two social workers carried out a series of case studies, group and community activities. For example, we use case study to help frustrated employee because of breaking up. We carried up activities on the topic of smoother communication, happier working atmosphere to help solve poor communication between superiors and employee. We also held activities under the background of World University Games to promote community harmony. In order to understand the staff’s recognition to social workers and assess the effectiveness of activities, the author and co-workers made the outline of interview for employees and employers. From the interview, we can conclude that the social work service reduce the cost of human resources management, enrich entertainments, enhance the corporate social image, and achieve a win-win situation of enterprises and employees.Satisfaction is an important indicator to the EAP Effect under the mode of enterprise social work. The author uses Likert’s scale to express the extent of the employees’ attitude and satisfaction and then determine the effectiveness of case study, group and community work in the level of staff’s psychology, life, interpersonal relationship and working. The author issued satisfaction questionnaire to workers who participated in social work activities. The sample size is200. From the result, we can see that different working methods and different assistance levels are directly related to the employees’ trust to social workers as well as their perception of the service. This illustrates the importance of using different working methods in different perspectives of staff. It provides an important reference for social workers in the mode of enterprise social work to use EAP services with reasonable methods.The relative research is very limited about the application of EAP under the mode of enterprise social work. It’s hard to quantity the effectiveness of EAP. At the same time, the practical environment is very different form other countries. So the research needs more improvements, such as less research on input-output ratio about EAP service, no research on the evaluation system construction.
