Today’s enterprises to participate in market competition is the core of the talent competition. How to correctly treat talent, how the enterprise to personal occupation development target and the strategic goal of the enterprise is organic and unified rise, promote enterprises in the fierce competition in the long-term and stable development, has become our country enterprise to solve the problem urgently. Enterprises to retain talent, we must take a scientific and effective measures, to fully improve the talent incentive mechanism and tie mechanism, and the salary management is the basic part of the incentive mechanism, the only perfect compensation system to attract and retain talents, encourage employees to play the greatest potential, better adapt to and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.The thesis consists of six sections:the first chapter, introduction, research background and significance of the topic, points out the main contents of this paper, the structure, research method. The second chapter, the salary design related theory, elaborated the salary management, strategic compensation related theory and the theories of salary design of the enlightenment. The third chapter, Xi’an the current situation of KT company and employee compensation is introduced. Mainly introduces the current situation of KT company Xi’an, employee income status, company profiles, corporate strategy, human resource and human resource strategy, company employees compensation present situation and problem analysis. The fourth chapter, Xi’an KT company salary system design, elaborated pay the principle of design, the basic flow, position analysis, design, evaluation, combined with the market salary survey, compensation system optimization and its corresponding measures. The fifth chapter, the design of Xi’an KT company salary system and the implementation of import. The sixth chapter, the thesis puts forward the conclusions and the problems to be solved.The contribution of this paper is mainly reflected in three aspects:one is the compensation theory support, to Xi’an KT company employees compensation condition to make the scientific quantitative analysis, find out the Xi’an compensation system of KT company by the existence of the problem; two is the use of compensation management theory knowledge to KT company compensation system redesign; three is put forward the Xi’an KT compensation plan import and implementation; these programs help to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff, is helpful to guide the staff to carry out scientific and reasonable occupation career design and planning, to KT company’s development has a positive meaning. In this paper, for others of the same type of enterprise development, which has a certain reference value.
