The forestland transfer is one of the important contents of collective forest right system reform. Itis the effective way to solve forest fragmentation, to optimize the configuration of forestland resource. Itis important to develop mountainous area economy. Based on a set of survey data of299farmers in12villages in Longyou and Jingning country, Zhejiang Province. This paper analyses the transfer offorestland how to influence the income level and structure.First of all the data is from the survey, that separately analyzes general conditions of farmersforestland circulation from the overall forest circulation and the distribution of the period of forestlandcirculation. Secondly, it analyzed farmers circulation characters from the way, price, purpose of inflowforestland and the way, price, direction etc. of farmers outflow forestland. Again, base on the statisticalanalysis of front and back of change of income level and structure, using DID model, that analyzesempirically impacts of the forestland circulation to the income of farmers. Finally based on the study ofthe above, and puts forward the policy suggestions boosting forestland circulation, increasing theincome of the farmers.Research shows that: farmers use private transactions when circulating small forest land ingenerally, and often choose contacting the village organization when circulating large forestland. Thereare various rent payment of farmers forest land, and the main purpose of the inflow forestland is mainlybased on increasing the farmers income and scale operation, and the main causes of outflow forest arethe forest land is too far,too steep, not easy to do business management, and lacking of labor. Astatistical description shows that before and after forest land circulation to the farmers income level andstructure have a certain degree of adjustment. Through the empirical analysis of the econometric modelyou can find that the outflow forestland has obvious effects to farmer income structure adjustment, theoutflow of forest land to farmers income account has significantly negative effects, to non-agriculturalincome has significantly positive effects. The outflow and inflow forest land has no significant to theadjustment of income level. The inflow and outflow forestland has no positive function to per capitaincome of farmers, per capita income of no-agriculture and per capita total income.
