Study On The Standardization Of Energy-saving Post And Staff Of The Large-scale Public Buildings

Building energy consumption is one of the main energy consumption in China, and it isurgent to take measures on the management of the large-scale public building energyefficiency,however, the management lack of systematic regulation during the whole processof the project,which is vital to the energy efficiency management of large-scale publicbuildings.The thesis analyzed the status quo of energy efficiency management of large-scalepublic buildings from the view of policies, regulations and the project management. Andfound the problems and corresponding factors in stages. In order to solve the problem, a4-dimensional model of whole-process energy efficiency management was established,basing on theories of Hall three-dimensional structure theory, Energy Supervising and etc.And the proposal was put forward, including government supervision and projectmanagement through the whole process of the building. Finally, some recommendations weregiven for the implementation of the proposal from the view of the government, owners,managers and users.
