With the development of enterprises and the growing of competition, human capital planning has been becoming a strategic resource supporting development of enterprises, which, in order to keep the stable development, should plan and manage the employee training, and especially shine more light on off the job training(OFFJT).As the largest third-party logistics enterprise at Qingdao area, Qingdao ZY Company has a team of highly-qualified talents, who provides scientific and economic logistic solution and one-stop logistics services with modern technology and modern management to their clients. With years of development, Qingdao ZY Company has been named as top of "the best hundred logistics company of China" for many years, and became the influential logistics enterprise of China. The fast development has made a pressing requirement to talents, and how to perfect the training system to promote development is now the question faced by the enterprise.Starts with OFFJT of Qingdao ZY Company, and by means of questionnaire and interview, this thesis makes a deep research into the OFFJT, and finds the problem and the means of perfecting the training.By researching the situation of ZY Company and investigating of employee training, it is concluded that OFFJT is very important to the development of ZY Company. However, there are a lot of problems in the training of the company. According to the problems and reasons in OFFJT, this thesis tries to improve and optimize the training project, and proposes the principles for project optimization, which includes principle of strategic matching, principle of systematicness, principle of motivation, and principle of costs and effects. Meanwhile, by analyzing all related aspects and optimizing training system, this thesis makes the perfect OFFJT needs analysis procedures. By analyzing the capital guarantee, manpower guarantee and motivation guarantee, the guarantee system for OFFJT is designed. Designs and optimizations are also made in this thesis to perfect the OFFJT evaluation system of ZY Company. And based on costs and effects analysis of ZY Company’s investment in training, the cost and effects model is built for training evaluation. OFFJT results feedback system is introduced to make the integrated evaluation for training procedures. The new training planning is also improved, which, combines with the above mentioned results, accomplishes the optimization of OFFJT procedure of ZY company.This result is of great realistic and strategic guiding significance in improving core competitiveness of ZY Company by getting more employee training. At the same time, this thesis also shares the results with other domestic logistics enterprises for references and find more results in common.
