With the marketing competition of the21st century, PRT Shenzhen company as a manufacturing enterprise, it has encountered many unprecedented challenges:Increased cost in raw material, increased labor costs, increased customer requirements, lower corporate profits etc. How to grasp the changing opportunities, reform and innovate, enhance the market-leading strengths and position in the increasingly fierce competition in manufacturing field, it’s a highly topical issue for the company’s management.Starting from the actual production of the operation of the PRT Shenzhen company, with production and operations management theory to analyze the existing problems in the company’s production operations, a series of three aspects of the organization of production systems, quality management, and inventory management to improve.
