Intellectual capital is the most important capital in the21st century whichis full of competition and challenge. Excellent management team and staffsare companies’ important base to participate in the competition. Trainingmanagement, as an important way to encourage and develop employees andimprove companies’ core competency, has been widely applied by lots ofenterprises. Although a few big companies have done a good job in trainingworks, many other companies find it too difficult to do it well. There are aseries of problems in training management such as limited understanding,imperfect training system, orderless training procedures, lack of resourceindemnification and etc. Facing the severe competition, how to construct ascientific training management system has become the most essential questionto be solved.This article studies on the training system of China Railway ConstructionHeavy Industry CO.,LTD (CRCHI). The essay consists of4parts. Firstly, itexpounds the relevant theories on training system and researches of bothdomestic and foreign. Secondly, it investigates the present situation oftraining management system of CRCHI in order to find out and analyze theexisted problems. Thirdly, according to the theories and the company’spracticalities, a new training management system is redesigned. Finally, thispaper analyzes the possible obstacles when it carries out, and works out somerelevant measures to make sure the training management system implementsuccessfully.Through this study, we not only redesign a new training system forCRCHI, but also provide some reference and help for other companies in thesame industry.
