Not long time practice in China, and some aspects ofpolicy, project management and subsequent management system is not perfect, andthere are still some uncertain factors in the poverty alleviation project implementation.Therefore, in the implementation of the project of participatory the whole villageprocess will have a number of risks.If the project team does not have greatimportance to participatory the whole village promote the potential risk of the project,not only the desired poverty reduction goals can not be achieved,will impact the livesof local villagers, environment and working.This paper summarizes at home and abroad on the basis of risk assessment theory, mainly research participatory the whole village promote risk assessment of theproject.First, the related concepts of participatory the whole village promote of projectwere explained, analyzes participatory the whole village promote of project at presentthe results achieved and existing problems.
