Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Labor Export To Korea In Jixi City

The paper made a random sample for Korea laber export based on298farmers from Foong Koreatownship. At the same time, we paid the importance on some samples for the career, salary, workintension, work limitation, party member or not, village cadre or not, consumption in Korea, abroadchannel, work time, infield, change after returning of the labor export to Korea of Foong Koreatownship. Then, four problems of politics, economy, culture, society were researched to get the laborexport characteristic, for example: labor export earning embodiment ratio, foreign trade exchange ofChina, career choice, labor life quality improvement abroad, leader of village leading the work,technique affecting the career earning, rich from economy, carving out after return. The paper analyzedthe effect of the labor export on farmer earning, technique skill and strengthening collective economyand so on. What’s more, we concluded some problems just as the Party organization, party membercadre, rights and interests protection of the worker in Korea, labor export earning, how to exploder thefield, inhabitation improvement of the farmer, speech, culture, custom difference and fusion, techniqueand culture restriction on career choice, teaching lecture, Korea female marriage to foreigner, eldersupport and children teaching, agency organization kite, pilfer cross and resort of farmer, new countryconstruction of empty village, work time and intensity affecting health and so on. And some advice andsuggestion was presented to solve the problems. At last, the study has important theory meaning andrealism meaning that provide reference for implementing the Korea labor export policy of China andsolving the problems of agriculture, county and peasantry.Solutions were elaborated from four aspects of countermeasures for political issues, economicissues, cultural issues and social issues. It provided practice of reference and theoretical basis for thespecial work in labor export. Training and management of the professionals export and the formulationof policies also supplied theory and practice reference in the construction of new socialist countryside.Through the research on Korean labor export from Foong Korea township, changes were broughtabout in four dimensions of politics, economy, culture, and society. Adjust the direction, ideas andstrategies of the ural nation management, to increase the farmers’income, agricultural efficiency andrural wealth growth. Which provided a reference for the policy implementation and the solution to the“three farming” problem of the Korean labor export for our country. The study showed that: Firstly,there were three stages of Korea labor export in Jixi City, that was the primary stage, the developmentstage and all-round development stage. Secondly, the Korea labor export had played a full promotingrole in increasing farmers’ income.It is an inevitable stage in the historical development of the FoongKorea township. Thirdly, the Korea labor export had promoted land transfer in the Foong Koreatownship, and created the conditions to strengthen the collective economy.Fourthly, for the political,economic, cultural and social aspects of the Korea labor export, it put forward countermeasures andsuggestions, and this had the value of practical reference.
