Guarantee the smooth transfer of ruralproductivity, is to increase farmer income, ensure rural prosperity and development, improveagricultural productivity, optimize rural industry structure, dissolve the contradiction between peopleand land is basic premise, but also to promote the healthy development of the national economy andstrong security, so as an arduous and urgent task to be imperative.The key solution of this problem is to transfer the resource advantages to economic advantages.That is, we should dispose the labor force reasonably. We should also promote agriculture by leaps andbounds, build a moderately prosperous society, and accelerate the speed of the urbanization of ruralmodernization. This is not just improved job of Didao District, it is also the present important study.According to the actual situation of the Didao District,we analyze the current situation of the ruralsurplus labor force and solve practical problems through the demonstration of valid data.
