Study On Performance Evaluation About Green Supply Chain Management Of Agricultural Product Enterprise

Green supply chain management (GSCM) is a kind of modern management mode that cancomprehensively consider the whole of environmental impact, the efficiency of resources. Thispaper studies the object as agricultural product enterprise supply chain, especially, agriculturalproduct enterprise of GSCM. I construct a set of index system to evaluate the green supply chainmanagement performance of the agricultural product enterprise, on the basis of completelyunderstanding and mastering the related literature research home and abroad, such as, supply chainmanagement theory, the theory of green supply chain, the sustainable development theory,combining with financial management, enterprise management, strategic management, performancemanagement and statistical measurement science theory and method, qualitative and quantitative,dynamic and static method, analyzing the main exterior factors for own industry characteristics ofthe agricultural product enterprise, competitors, technological factors, consumers, and economic&social environment agricultural product;the main internal factors for agricultural products for theflow of enterprise mechanism, agricultural products enterprise partner and agricultural enterprisegreen supply chain management structure. Thus, I construct a simple green supply chainmanagement model for agricultural product, put forward a set of evaluation index system fromfinancial,environment,stakeholder,learning and innovation,business process operation of fivelevels,30index in all.I calculate the overall performance of agricultural products enterprises. Whatmentioned above that provide a practical tools and methods for planning, decision-making, It makesthe great significance in theory and practice.This paper is divided into three sections. As follows:The first part is theoretical analysis. Mainly it distributes in the first&second chapter. I constructthe general simple model of green supply chain management of agricultural product enterprise, onthe basis of summarizing and analyzing the domestic and foreign relevant research literatures ofperformance evaluation of GSCM and the current situation and development trend of agriculturalproduct enterprise about GSCM, then, I detailed the study object and these characteristics.The second part is core analysis. Mainly it distributes in the third&fourth chapter. I confirm indexsystem of performance evaluation of GSCM of agricultural product enterprise, after I analyze theinfluential factors of green supply chain management of agricultural product enterprises, combinewith the characteristics of agricultural product enterprise,these usefully tools and methods ofbalanced scoring method, expert scoring method, key factors evaluation method in the premise ofrepeated discussion. I quantitatively calculate the performance data of the sample（an agri-productenterprise）after carrying out the model of GSCM, combining with analytic hierarchy process andfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The example operation proves to the feasibility,applicability and practicability of index system.The third part is conclusion. Mainly it distributes in the fifth chapter. I come to a conclusion on thebasis of the foregoing chapters, and point out the study limitations and further study for the nextstep.
