Baotou Research Problems Of The Rural Labor Transfer

Transferring rural labor force is the strategic matter of great significance in China’s current economical and social development, as well as the key to implement the concept of scientific development, and to solve the "three agriculture" problem. In recent years, in the case of rural labor surplus problem, the situation is grim in Baotou, through the study on the transferring rural labor force in Baotou, the paper aimed to further enrich the solution of problems encountered in the process of transferring rural labor force,and drive economic and social development forward faster and better.The study mainly adopted the methods of document inspection and empirical analysis and other technical means. Firstly, I collected a large number of historical and practical information about transferring rural labor force. On the basis of understanding current situation of transferring rural labor force in Baotou, we found out the problems encountered in the process of transferring rural labor force in Baotou. Secondly, we analyzed the causes of these problems. Finally, combined with the foreign successful experience of transferring rural labor and the relevant transferring labor theory, then we can find out that if we want the things more successful, we must do the following things:increasing transferring labor force channels, promoting urban and rural integration development and improving labor output system in Baotou, perfecting the social security and protection work. Therefore, the study put forward to countermeasures on transferring rural labor force in Baotou based on the actual situation in Baotou.
