Compared to urban students, rural students are different in rural and urban,then there are significant differences in salary, skills, rational, information and transaction costs in the progress of employment options Therefore, the study of employment for rural students is very necessaryThis paper was composited employment and relevant literature at first, analysed the specificity of rural students about family background,instiution of land and household register, labor transfer and education. Through questionnaire survey of rural students (city students), it is found that there is a focus tendency in the employment options of rural students:they are more focus on medium-sized cities, the state-owned units, salary requirements in RMB1001to3000. Then,paper considered about some factors, including reason, information, cost, right, environment and treaty,and built a model about the employment options of rural students. Model’result are as follows:the salary requirements affect the choice of districts, and further affect the unit selection information, cost, industry, working environment and holidays factors are affected the employment options of rural students.
