The management quality of corporations, like hotels, determines the long-termdevelopment in the21stcentury. Through the analysis of the theories and problems ofemployees’ satisfaction in the hospitality industry, the ways and means of improving thesatisfaction degree of hotel employees would be concluded, and the work enthusiasm ofhotel employees would be improved for the increasingly competitive market. The hotelmanagement system would be consummated and the core competition quality would beimproved. Improving the satisfaction degree of hotel employees has the realistic andstrategic significance for advancing the hotel management and satisfying the guests, whichcould achieve the aim of procuring the fabulously continuing and profitable development.Through analyzing the influences caused by the low hotel employees’ satisfaction degree,the need for the research has been concluded in the thesis. With the research on theimportance of the employee satisfaction degree of corporation management with statisticalsoftware SPSS12.0, the thesis analyzes the status of the employees’ satisfaction of the starhotel management in Changzhou to explore the countermeasures and the practices ofimproving the employees’ satisfaction for the development of hospitality industry in China.
