In the field of cable radio and television operators in a monopoly position for a long time,lack of innovative consciousness,backward technical level and chaotic management system have led to the normalization of the industry's scattered and evasions.As the government to promote the development of triple play,for radio and television operators to monopoly is open then,in a short period of time still can not adapt to market competition,to the survival and development in the new pattern,it must withstand the baptism of the market.But at the same time,electricity telecommunications doors were open,also be a chance for radio and television companies,at the same time of stay cable is market,occupy the broadband market and fierce competition with telecom operators.Three major telecom operators,mobile,unicom,telecom for a long time in the field of telecommunications have maintained a long-term competition relations,all have to face competition in the market mature coping mechanisms,radio and television operators need to go there is still a long way.On the one hand,the comprehensive construction of the basic network of telecom operators and the promotion of network bandwidth provide the line and bandwidth guarantee for the rapid development of IPTV.On the other hand,the widespread popularity of the Internet and the abundance of the content,allowing users more selective,the habit of many users change,choose to use all kinds of network box,which can lead to loss of the original cable subscribers.TTC company is localized radio and television network operators,as well as local cable enterprises,only if you want to survive in the competitive market,you need to choose the right competitive strategy,in order to hold on to cable TV market,reduce the rate,at the same time vigorously develop broadband and special business.Based on TTC company as the research object,this paper analysis three nets fusion development situation at home and abroad,using the modern enterprise strategy management,marketing management and other related theory,the comprehensive analysis of TTC company survival and development of internal and external environment,through the SWOT analysis of TTC company,thus suitable for TTC company's differentiation competitive strategy,differentiation strategy of the implementation of the measures are put forward,namely,service differentiation,plenty of TV programs,high-definition of TV Program,market diversification,business diversification and puts forward the competitive strategy of safeguard measures,namely,organization structure,human resource security,market protection,technology security,culture security.Hoping to make TTC company improve enterprise competitiveness,the future development of the enterprise has certain targeted and guidance.
