The three agricultural problems is the effect of the rapid development of the economy inChina’s major problems, and a basic idea to solve these issues is to develop small towns. Smalltowns are the communication of the bridge and the link between urban and rural areas, whichdecide the small towns in the modernization of our country and the only way of urbanization. Inthe21century, China will be the fast track into the urbanization, and the urbanization level isnow at50%. China has gradually from the traditional agricultural society to modern urban socialtransformation.Since the early90s, China began to developing the urbanization road, and with the realestate industry has also ushered in the spring, with the accelerated pace of urbanization, the realestate industry in the process of urbanization plays a more and more important role. The rapiddevelopment of real estate also led to other industries’ prosperity, for example: construction,building materials, machinery, manufacture and other related services, etc. At present, the realestate industry has become a pillar industry of the national economy.At present, the real estate industry development in large and medium cities are more mature,relative to small and medium-sized town because its economic development speed is slow,industry of the late start, the urbanization level of integration is low, the real estate industry to theoverall development of the state are falling behind. In addition, since the small town real estatedevelopment do not have relevant experience at first, blindly pursuit of development speed, andhas many non-standard place in the operating process, it makes previously developed real estateexist many problems, and also causes many obstacles and negative influence to the small townsin the late development and construction. This article from the angle of the relation betweensupply and demand, and according to the economic development mode of small towns and therelationship of real estate, through investigation of the small towns real estate and operate thethorough research, hoping to find a real estate development of small towns for mode, so as toguide the real estate developers further intervention in small towns development of real estate,and promote real estate development of small towns in a reasonable, healthy and sustainabledevelopment path to walk. In view of the complexity of the real estate development activities,involves the all-embracing factors, this paper mainly focuses on the discussion of the real estatedevelopment of small towns is the characteristic of small towns and the present situation, generalprinciple of small towns, market and target customers positioning, the difference in real estatedevelopment between big cities and small towns. Starting from the development problems ofsmall town real estate, causes to the problems and the solution, in this small town theparticularity of the real estate development. The article in the sixth chapter will with personalexperience in the practice a project example of real estate development of small towns and the empirical research.
